From bussing tables in luxury hotels to the sitting in C-suite of hospitals, he has spent thirty years learning that performance lives or dies on the conditions you create for people. He joined the Outcomes Institute because the people giving and receiving care deserve better, and helping leaders build those conditions is what he loves most.
